RALLI MUSEUM
"6 Contemporary Chilean Artists"
This exhibition brings together a group of ceramists who have transformed this artistic technique into an expressive vehicle marked by the observation and exploration of abstraction linked to ancestral roots. Their impeccable handling of the craft allows Fanny Auger, Ruth Krauskopf, Pilar Maturana, Vivian Ruz, Macarena Salinas and Jacqueline Schapiro to highlight the
shapes, textures, color and patinas of the works displayed in the museum's Interior Sculpture Garden.
These artists began working alongside Ruth Krauskopf, with whom they learned about different material treatments, expressive freedom, and intimate discoveries that allowed them to pursue authentic and independent imaginations, compositions, and productions.
The curator of the exhibition, Manuel Basoalto, points out: These are works that express delicacy and at the same time the strength of this expressive tool, which conquered great artists of the 20th century, who expressed themselves in important
sculptural works, and even in everyday objects through ceramics.

The renowned magazine Esteka is the organizer of this event, and it has been presented in several cultural centers in the capital.
The exhibition is a new opportunity to showcase the high level of contemporary ceramic art in our country. For several years, the contemporary ceramics magazine Esteka has organized an annual exhibition aimed at highlighting the work of local ceramists. Each edition features artists from Chile and abroad, and a rigorous selection process ensures that only the most significant works are included in the exhibition, which reflects the diversity of styles used in this artistic discipline.

Collective Exhibitions COPPER AND CLAY
Exhibition Description
"The Cultural Bodegón de Los Vilos," as its name suggests, is located in the heart of Chile's mining region, in Los Vilos, a small and beautiful coastal town in the north of the country. Jorge Colvin, an architect and art lover, moved there approximately 20 years ago. After purchasing warehouses in poor condition, he lovingly restored them. He later converted them into a spacious and unique exhibition space. Fernando di Castro, an environmentalist, took over the care of the beautiful gardens.
Mining Month is celebrated in Chile every August, and so the idea arose for the Huara Huara workshop to exhibit works that integrate ceramics and copper during that month.
